Global Frequency
Written by Warren Ellis, this seems to be a bunch of rejected stories from Planetary. The first issue was very mundane, the second a delight. A lot is made of the internet / Global Frequency link, and it comes off a little heavy handed. Will probably date badly. Different artists each issue, all very good so far.
