No Fire

So there was no actual fire. And, because I didn't stick around long enough, I don't actually know what happened. So, now I think on it, there may have been one. But it didn't affect my room or laptop, so all is well.

A few days ago, the alarm went off for a second or so, at some obsecene time in the morning when I was actually asleep. I did that thing that you see characters in TV shows and movies do when they've had a nightmare; sit bolt-upright in bed, all of a sudden, accompanied by great back pain and confusement.

And a dream, today, where four kids are trapped in a room by a mad man. It starts out with them being locked in, unable to see any means of escape. The room is divided in two by a temporary wall, two kids on one side, two on the other. As time goes by the room gets larger and the wall falls down. The mad man hammers nails through their tongues and fingers. Over time he changes from an evil monster into a sad, pathetic old man. His friend comes over and has a heart attack, so they go to hospital. The door is left unlocked, we can finally escape... But when I try to convince the others, they all don't want to leave; what else is there to live for?
